How do I book an appointment for physiotherapy?

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No need. You can come to us directly without a referral. A doctor’s referral may allow you to be reimbursed by Kela if you are entitled to it. Ask for more information at the surgery or when making an appointment.

Which payment methods are good for you?
Payment is made at the time of the visit. Payment methods include payment cardsand sports benefits where you can buy physiotherapy, such as ePassport, Smartum and Edenred.

What happens on the first visit?
At the first visit, the physiotherapist will listen to your situation, carry out the necessary tests and draw up an individual treatment plan. You should bring casual clothes suitable for movement.

What should I do if I have to cancel my appointment?
The appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked time. Any appointments cancelled or not cancelled after this time will be charged at the full rate. You can cancel your appointment by calling +358 400 602 711.
